“Very nice villa !!!”
The villa is very nice, owner prepared all the facilities including kitchenwares, washer, dryer, detergent, toiletries, mineral waters, coca-cola and etc. The villa is near to Disney Avenue. The only shortage is the car park is too dark at night, no sufficient light at car park.

Pro: Beautiful Place Scandi Deco Every spot is beautiful for photo taking Apartment fully equip with kitchen for simple cooking, washing machine and dryer, Astro Njoi Staff very helpful A huge badminton and netball court Tesco, Giant and Econsave is only 5kms away KFC and McD drive thru is nearby Pasar Malam just outside the Trail on Saturday Night Cons: Alot of ants in Apartment Toilet without water hose Washing machine in one of our three apartments is faulty Wifi seems not working Swimming pool is quite small to cater guests and residents Many faulty gym equip Would be nice if the management provide a children playground Overall: We had great memories here. Spent 3 nights. We had family gathering and conducted simple sport events. The atmosphere of this place makes us feel like we are not in Malaysia. Thank you The Trail Of Kampar for the sweet memories we had. We shall come again.

“Great place for retreat even in groups!”
Pros : very relaxing and quiet place able to cook and BBQ Very spacious (we had 10 person staying in with 6 sharing 3 queen beds) Swimming pool right in front of balcony Parking right just at few foot from doorstep Comes with washing machine, dryer, tv, and all you need for daily home use Cons: A little distance from supermarkets or grocery stores Balcony was not cleaned up before check in, resulting with a few dead bugs etc Verdict : Rent a car and everything is beautiful 🙂

Nice place, good value, good host and amenities. However have to check with the management on the card accessibility. Our card isn’t working, so we have to rely on the security the whole time. Also, soundproofing is a bit weak, but nonetheless it was a very pleasant stay! Great and thoughtful host!

I want say this room was list 2 bunk bed but actual only have 1 bunk bed. 1 king bed was damaged, 1 king bed frame was broken, super dusty should be long time nobody stay and do not do cleaning. Super disappointed!!
