I’d visited here last Oct 2020 for my teeth scaling, polishing & treat my wisdom teeth. The clinic was clean and tidy, they’ve separate surgery room via curtain. The dentist did my scaling calmly and gave me good advice for my wisdom teeth clean up, and I’d notice the staffs were clean up my dental chair upon I got up. Good Job!
Oh ya, one important thing about scaling here were they only gave MINERAL WATER instead of Colgate Plax type of rinse( don”t know the exact name of it) to rinse out. Which actually causes more sore on the gum. Do take note guys !
2. The clinic only accepts cash, Maybank2u, Touch&Go, but not debit card. Nowadays, no one using cash anyone, Id like suggest to be introduce debit payment to ease up your customer transaction.
3. My constructive comment would be for FDO(Front Desk Officer,) please SPEAK UP and improve your verbal communication skill.
I did called here to double confirm their operation hour and payment method and the Chinese FDO (i saw her later on, she sat in front desk) wouldn’t speak English well, all she spoke were, “ah”, “ehh”, “ermm”. she didn’t provided me any assurance.

No one took my temperature as I walk into clinic, and did not even see self check temperature checker/kiosks (all i remembered from guidelines was the premise should take customer temperature or shall provide self check temperature kiosks), I only able scan MYSEJATHERA at the entrance.
Anyways, It been months I visited here, I hopes things get improve, all is well.

They took my mother in quickly, spoke good English, gave her good advice, did what she asked even though it was against their advice, and still were friendly and respectful and gentle. My mom is very hard of hearing, so it is good that I was here as the good dentist shows his respect by using a soft voice.
